Pamela Palm

Pamela Palm,

ObGyn Associates of St. Augustine

What a lucky day it was when Pamela Palm walked through the door at ObGyn Associates of St. Augustine. Five years ago, we needed someone to help at the front desk and Pamela was looking for an opportunity that would let her use her skills to help care for women, so she joined our group.

Over the next few years, she became an expert at every aspect of managing the schedules of 12 busy practitioners, and more, she used her amazing organizational skills to figure out new ways to improve efficiency. She trains new staff, took on more responsibility, and became the organizational head of the front desk staff.

Foremost in her work is a sincere concern for the health and privacy of our patients. No matter how stressful the work gets at the front desk of our busy medical practice, Pamela will stop, listen carefully and take care of the people who need it. Her creativity, enthusiasm and gift for caring is endless especially when it involves coordinating our office community events, such as Pink Up the Pace and Betty Griffin House Race for Peace and assisting staff with making Halloween costumes.

Pamela has been happily married for 34 years. She has three successful daughters living in 3 different time zones – Seattle, Denver and Chicago. In her free time she enjoys reading and sewing.
